Bee's Knees

Named after 1920s slang, this Prohibition-era classic is as simple as it is satisfying. Bright, smooth, and just the right amount of sharp.

• 2 oz Mammoth Gin
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 0.75 oz honey syrup*

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice; shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass; garnish with a lemon twist or dehydrated lemon wheel.

*honey simple syrup: gently heat equal parts honey and water, stir until smooth, then cool and refrigerate.
