Large groups can be hosted off-site at any time; perfect for management teams, customer retention, staff events and more (30 participants minimum required for off-site groups).

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
SAMPLE
Sample selections chosen by our master distiller to experience how each barrel finishes with slight differences to the whiskey. These variations are the basis for building each personal blend.
TASTE
Taste each sample again, and record impressions in a personalized blending notebook. Participants follow along with the flavor wheel as they learn to identify notable tastes and begin to build a flavor profile most pleasing to their palate.
BLEND
Each person blends several different combinations as they experiment with how to build aroma, body and finish into a final blend. Share sample blends with other participants and taste the profiles in their blends.
BOTTLE
After designing a custom blend, each participant adds notes to the back of their label and a personalized signature (and custom sticker for large groups) to the front of the bottle. The finished bottle and blending notebook are the souvenirs from this experience!
