Please join me for a tribute to Chef Jason Knickerbocker featuring a family-style meal of dishes that have stuck with me over the years. After spending more than 20 years in production kitchens around the country, I have settled down and now work as a personal chef, right here in Traverse City.
These dishes were all taught to me by my brother Jay, who is absolutely the biggest culinary influence in my life … and there have been many. My gift back to him is feeding all of you with this killer food, and accompanying in with some tasty Mammoth cocktails as well.
