Roughly two-thirds of U.S. tart cherries are grown in Michigan, and roughly two-thirds of those are grown in the northwest corner of the Lower Peninsula we call home. We’re not talking about the treacly sweet varieties that are best for eating, but the tangy tart kind that shine at making other things taste better. We’re a Michigan brand, so when we decided to make a line of infused vodkas, did we even have a choice?
