"Every so often we come across extraordinary barrels of bourbon that are so good and rare that we have to acquire them. This limited release of Borrowed Time 17-year Bourbon is such an instance. Distilled and aged in Tennessee, this bourbon was bottled at the current peak of its flavor—any longer and it may have become too woody. It is a perfect balance of sweet corn spirit with all of the complexity that comes from 17 years of aging in the hot Tennessee climate. This is the way well-aged bourbon should taste—big, sweet, complex and delicious."

Notes of oak, maple and caramel on the nose with successive waves of deep flavor ranging from vanilla to smoke; mouthfeel is viscous and full bodied with a finish that lingers impressively long.
