What is Mammoth Whiskey?
Mammoth Whiskey was the very first whiskey we offered in our very first tasting room. By sourcing a smooth, light-bodied whiskey to use in cocktails, we were able to grow our inventory of hand-hewn Woolly Rye and Woolly Bourbon casks. After an exhausting search, we selected this 5-year 100% corn whiskey distilled and aged in Kentucky which we then finish in once-used Bonobo Winery grand cru merlot barrels.

TASTING NOTES
On the nose there is an elegant, warm bee’s wax character with notes of fresh shucked corn and honey. Mammoth Whiskey has a pleasant, slightly viscous, yet light mouthfeel. The dark, ripe fruit of merlot comes through on the mid-pallet with a finish that is medium length and clean.
