For the unfamiliar, this occasionally available spirit is a solera blend of our Mammoth Northern Gin that has been aged for six months in used rye barrels, giving it a slightly sweeter and less juniper-forward flavor.

The flavors from the barrel oak layer nicely into the botanicals found in our gin. More specifically the oak adds a hint of vanilla and baking spice that pair perfectly with the gin’s lavender and sage components. The combination makes a beautiful base for cocktails.

We are releasing 2,000 bottles of Barrel-Finished Gin in 2024 and will have a new small batch release each spring. We’re excited to share that it will also be available in distribution; ask your favorite retailer to stock it!
