• 1.5 oz Mammoth strawberry rhubarb vodka
• 0.25 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey-ginger syrup* (or just honey)
• 0.5 oz Cherry Bounce

• 1.5 oz Mammoth strawberry rhubarb vodka
• 0.25 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey-ginger syrup* (or just honey)
• 0.5 oz Cherry Bounce
• Ginger beer (we prefer Northwoods)
Add strawberry rhubarb vodka, lemon juice, and honey to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Float Cherry Bounce on top (a good technique is to pour over the back of a spoon). Garnish with brandied cherries (and dehydrated orange if you have it).
*honey-ginger syrup: simmer 0.5 cup sliced ginger in 0.5 cup water for 5 min; remove ginger, add 0.5 cup honey, and simmer 5 more minutes; cool, store in fridge.
