Our love of lavender comes not from the fields of Provence, but from farms right here in Michigan. When crafting our Contemporary Northern Gin formula, we experimented with many botanical combinations, but quickly fell in love with the way lavender paired with pine, sage and citrus in what became our final recipe. So when we launched this line of infused vodkas, we already knew the wonderful flavor of lavender would be the first release.
